Hey, today I decided to make oat meal porridge for myself, I can't really remember the last time I had oat meal, if I may guess I think is about five months now  😜.   They are many benefits where you start eating oatmeal every day your body system we begin to to grow stronger, we definitely notice these.

Sometimes I usually make oatmeal porridge for the family, had, guess what I wanted to tell you, the first day I tested the oatmeal, I said to myself what is this that look like dried yam that they slice, put into this  container. I said to myself I will not stay this, one of my intense tell me to taste it. Then I give he a try, guess what I said to myself isn't what are be  missing since.

Oatmeal porridge contain a lot of vitamins which most people don't really know, the only thing that I see few people often don't know the important of oatmeal.   oat porridge can be taken in two different ways either you make it for breakfast or either lunch, it depends on your desiring one.

Instructions are to prepare Oatmeal porridge  

  • you will measure three miles of water      
  • Put the pot in electric cooker, then put the three miles if water on it, covered the pot for some minutes. 
  • Now put the oat meal inside the pot and begin stairs ii gradually, you will see the out come of it, after you put the milk inside the oatmeal, stair it continually until the oat meal is  ready 
  • Add some sugar to it . 
What oat meal is very good for your body, it builds your muscleup with the highest vitamins,
